True supernatural guidance is something that we as believers can walk in and it can only be provided by God. I want you to get hungry and start expecting the supernatural in your life. There are plans and prepared works for you that are provided by your Father in Heaven. He is more than willing to guide you into a life of Divine guidance. We as His children need to be fully baptized in the supernatural.
God Conscience.
It all starts by acknowledging Him in all our ways.
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
-Proverbs 3:6-
What the Holy Spirit wants us to know is that He is always with us. The truth is that He is in us as the children of God. You are the temple of the Holy Spirit. To develop a God conscience takes time. It will not happen over night, but if we set our minds to it the Holy spirit will help us developing a consciousness toward Him. I can earnestly say that there aren't many minutes a day when I am not conscious of Him. Because I know that He is with me I also have fellowship with Him. That fellowship is not a long monolog from my side, but a mutual fellowship.
Sometimes He speaks to us when we least expect it. For instance, I was brushing my teeth on a Wednesday night and the Holy Spirit spoke as clear as I can hear anyone speak and He said “You will preach on Sunday, and I want you to speak about intimacy with Me” Faith came to my heart because faith comes by hearing God (Rom 10:17). So full of faith I was waiting for the confirmation. And the next morning I got the confirmation by my pastor who called asking if I could preach on Sunday morning.
The Holy Spirit is waiting for us to acknowledge Him in all our ways, thoughts, problems and plans..in every area of our lives! There is no area in your life where He doesn't want to get involved. He actually loves it when we invite Him in our life.
Guided By The Holy Spirit
When we involve Him in our daily walk we can expect Him to start leading us in a supernatural way. “He shall direct our paths.” That is a wonderful promise to all that acknowledge, involve and are conscious of Him. That’s when we can rest in faith that He will guide us into all that He has planned for us.
To be guided by The Holy Spirit is to be influenced from on High.
To be guided by The Holy Spirit is to be possessed with His thoughts. Maybe you don’t like the word possessed but I mean a "good" possession of the Spirit of Life. We can be governed by the Spirit of God and He wants to take us to a place where His thoughts become our thoughts. We have to understand that all we do starts with a thought.
For an example, before you go to bed you might think the thought: I’m tired, I’m going to bed now. All that has been done and will be done started with a thought. In the same manner The Holy Spirit can give us thoughts that we act on. Sometimes we think that it is our thoughts but the truth is that His thoughts has become ours.
I experience this kind of leading by the Spirit very often. Most of the times I don’t know until afterward that I been led or inspired by the Holy Ghost. I remember one incident when I was witnessing to a woman in Sweden that I had never met before but I knew this was a Divine appointment so I talked to her about God, but she complained that she can’t believe in something she could not see. Suddenly I got this thought to quote Jesus when He spoke to Mary’s sister Martha of the dead Lazarus. Jesus said to Martha “Believe and you will see”, so I said that to this woman. By now I had her full attention and then suddenly I got another thought:
Her name is Mary. So I told her: Your name is Mary isn’t? She said yes and gave me that strange look: How did you know that? After some more testimonies of what Jesus has done in my life, I left her with something to think on.
This is what can happen when we involve Him in all our ways. By The precious Holy Spirit we can know all things. God wants you to be guided by His Spirit. The God given thought can for instances also be called words of knowledge. (1 Cor 12:8).
