Every leader that God raises up goes through a preparing process. Too many “leaders in process” are giving up before they see their dreams fulfilled in there personal lives.

Failure isn’t Final.
Failing is not as bad as we sometimes experience it. Every time we fail we learn something about ourselves. Someone said: A winner is not a person who never fails, but a person who never gives up. In spite of the failures of yesterday, get back on track and keep on moving towards what the Father has shown You, Your Destiny.

Take the challenge!
Every leader who is being processed by God is going to receive challenges that will stretch him/her to the point of total dependency on God. Our Father wants us to understand that what He is calling us to do is more than we can accomplish in the natural. That’s why He anoints us (enables us) to do exceedingly above all things that we could ever think or imagine. Our Father has more plans for us than we could ever imagine. The Anointing will sustain and empower us to do the impossible! Peter got challenged on the lake by Jesus. Suddenly Peter and the others saw Jesus walking on the lake and Peter shouted to him: If it is You Jesus tell me to come to you on the water.
Jesus shouted back: Come.
Peter takes the challenge and steps out into the unknown in full assurance that Jesus will enable Him to do the impossible. Peter took a couple of steps and started sinking (failing) but Jesus was there to put him right back up again.

Don’t fear to fail!
As Jesus challenged Peter so will you be challenged. You see, Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever Heb 13:8. You might sink (fail) at the first try but Jesus will put you right back up again. Don’t fear to fail. Failure is not the worst thing that can happen to You, quitting is. Peter did not give up after his first failure and You won’t either.

Who’s voice are you listening to?
Before peter took his first step into the challenge. Some of his brothers in the boat started telling him that it wouldn’t work for him and that he was crazy. Not everyone is going to understand what you are doing, some might even try to talk you out of it. But don’t pay any attention to them just love them and continue to step out of the boat into Your destiny. What Jesus says to you might not make any sense but as you hear him speak, faith arises on the inside of you and the Holy Spirit is testifying to it
saying: GO FOR IT!

Yes, You will be Challenged by the Lord.
Yes, You will fail.
Yes, You will win!

GO FOR IT!
