I hope You have had a great month. I'm exited to say that we have started up the food distribution in the project of Cassiano again. At the first Saturday we had approximated 60 people showing up for food and prayer. I have to say something about our weather here since its been in the triple digits (
that is 100 degrees and more)It's been to hot for being out doors and warnings of heat strokes have been issued. Any how, I'm happy to present some pictures of what is happening here in San Antonio.
Enjoy!
This picture was taken
Aug 27 2005 in our new location in the project of Cassiano Homes. We distribute a lot of food and diapers every Saturday. Before the distributions we share the unconditional
LOVE of GOD and pray for the sick.
There is 500 families living in Cassiano Homes. Many of the single Moms I have meet here has an average of 4-5 children. Crime is high and two rivaling gangs are harboring this area.
Please pray with us that some kind of children ministry will be birthed in this area since there is tons of children every where in danger of getting in to bad company and criminal activities

The painting to the left tells the story of Jose Rodriguez Jr., a 12-year-old Cassiano resident who was shot to death in 1991 when he tried to quit the gang. 10 members of a Cassiano gang known as the Eight Ball Posse gathered around a coffin down to th left.
Here is the Spanish speaking bible study group that got birthed out of our food distribution on the south side of San Antonio. Many that come to this food distribution are illegal immigrants and are in real need of the food we give them.

I had the privilege to minister to a school of missions taking place in August, here am I and some precious sisters in the Lord.
Untill next time, I pray that angels of the Lord be with You where ever You go.
With Love, Your Brother In Christ
